How to Order T-Shirts

Ordering custom apparel from Shirtworks is straightforward. Whether you're a one-person creator or a multi-site business, we've designed our process to give you a fast quote, accurate proofs, and a reliable timeline.

Five simple steps

  1. Pick your garment from our catalogue — t-shirts, hoodies, polos, workwear and more.
  2. Add your design in the online design studio, or send us your artwork.
  3. Get an instant quote with prices for every quantity break.
  4. Approve a digital proof from our team before printing starts.
  5. We print, ship, and deliver in around 7–10 working days, but can be quicker.

Artwork — what we need

We can use most file formats, but vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best. We also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG and PSD files. If your artwork needs work to make it print-ready, our artwork team can tidy it up — small amendments are usually free, and complex re-draws are charged at £25 per hour plus VAT.

Quantities and pricing

Most decoration methods start at very small minimums — DTG and DTF can print single garments. Screen printing has a minimum of 10 garments per design (you can mix garments and colours to reach the minimum). We have at least six price breaks on quantity orders — the more you order, the lower the per-unit price.

Payment

For new customers we operate a pro-forma invoice scheme — settle by BACS, CHAPS, cheque or major credit card. Established customers can apply for an account with our accounts team.
