Is the online designer free to use?

Yes. The Shirtworks Design Studio is completely free, and you don't need an account to start creating a design. You only pay when you place an order.

What file types can I upload?

You can upload PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF files. Vector files (SVG, PDF) give the sharpest results, but our artwork team will check and tweak any file you send.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum for digitally printed garments (DTG and DTF), so you can order a single item. Screen printing has a minimum of 10 garments per design.

Can I design the front, back and sleeves?

Yes. You can add separate designs to the front, back, chest and sleeves of most garments, and the live preview shows each position.

What if I need help with my design?

Our team is happy to help. Save or send your design and we'll check the artwork, advise on the best decoration method, and make small amendments — usually free of charge.
