Delivery & Turnaround

Standard turnaround at Shirtworks is around 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Rush options are available on request — get in touch when you place your order to confirm your deadline.

Production turnaround

• Standard: 7–10 working days from artwork approval and payment, but can be quicker.
• Express: Rush jobs of 7 days or less can often be accommodated; surcharges may apply.
• 48-hour service: Available when needed — our quickest turnaround has been less than 24 hours.
• Plain garments: Large plain orders are typically delivered next day if ordered by 3pm; small plain orders within 2 working days.

Shipping

• UK mainland — tracked next-working-day delivery on most orders.
• UK Highlands & Islands — typically 2–3 working days.
• International — we ship to over 60 countries across five continents; rates calculated at checkout.
• Workshop collection — available by appointment at our Oxford workshop.

Rush charges

If you need your order faster than our standard 7–10 working days, a rush surcharge may apply depending on the timeline. The exact charge is shown on your quote so you can decide before you commit.

Changes after order

Any changes made after an order is placed may delay production and incur additional charges. Please allow a further 3–4 weeks if you want your garments relabelled.
