The usual format for military tour t shirts is a Regimental badge or the cap badge on left breast and then a screen printed back print which often inclused names of the guys in your unit.
Arm insigia and union jacks are also common.

Processing these orders is a little different to processing a civvies order,
as British soldiers are excellent at fixing bayonets, lobbing mortars and flanking the enemy
but rarely do they know what a jpeg, pdf or a vector is.
