MENS ORGANIC & FAIRTRADE CUSTOM T SHIRT PRINTING
Organic and Ethically accredited clothing has seen real boom over the last 5 or so years. Where previously being able to offer your end users a garment with ethical and environmental accreditation was only possible by spending and arm and a leg, now the industry has shifted to where this is possible on a much smaller budget and with more options than ever before.
Whilst many brands have ventured into this area adding to their existing lines, there are two stand out clothing brands that have been ethically and environmentally conscious since day one of their existance and that stick out as winners in this space, this first being Earthpositive.
Earthpositive, a brand owned by the Continental Clothing group, create a number of different blank styles, all of these with most notably the EP01.
The EP01 is a Mens/Unisex Standard fit, t shirt, available in numerous colours, with a whole host of accreditations that include a GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard), Fair Wear and a PETA accreditation to speak for is Ethically and Environmentally Friendly Manufactured Process.
Thanks to their 100% Organic Cotton material make up and a combed cotton finish these shirts feel great and work well for printing with most print methods.
A personal favourite being water based inks with a discharged base, the weave of the EP01 accepts these inks really well and can allow you to achieve a print with next to no feel on the surface itself.
Our Second brand that stands out from the crowd is Stanley Stella.
Formed in 2012, Stanley Stella have spent over 10 years pushing the envelope on what is possilbe within the wholesale Blanks market. All of their garments are derived from Organic Cotton or other Environmentally conscious materials, with the brand have 5 Eco Accreditations and work with only Fairwear approved manufacturers to ensure these are produced by workers whos working conditions and pay are Upheld to a high standard.
Their current line features both their Creator and Rocker garments, both unisex fit garments, availalble in a huge array of colours, featuring limited edition of seasonal offerings of speciality colourways.
The Creator has several different variations, The original unisex Creator is available in up to 75 colours (at the time of writing) and offers a high quality garment at a surprisingly affordable cost point, without sacrificing on fit, material weight at 180gsm and tailoring of the necklines and sleeves themselves.
The Rocker, whilst this comes in a lesser number of colours than the creator and this might be a slightly lighter weight garment the price point of this t shirt makes this a really compelling option.
Designed to compete directly with the Gildans and The Fruit Of The Looms of the industry, the Rocker comes in at a similar price point whilst still retaining the same Ethical and Enviornmental that all of Stanely Stella’s line wears proudly like a badge of honour.
Most of the custom organic t shirts can be screen printed, embroidered and digitally printed but we advise that the lighter weight garments are used for the print processes and the heavier garments for embroidery.
