Role description:
We are a successful textile printing and embroidery company looking for a versatile all rounder to take up the role of Sales and Customer Service Coordinator in our busy headquarters office.

You will work as part of a small and dedicated team to help us turn enquiries into sales over the phone and via e-mail.
The role requires candidates to possess excellent communication skills, good all round I.T. skills at office level and a friendly professional phone manner.

You must be efficient, organised and be able to work on your own initiative when necessary.

A background in office based sales and customer service would be an advantage. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and customer databases would be an advantage.

Starting salary £14k to be reviewed regularly.

Role description:
You will be in charge of managing the production schedule, organising your team and resources efficiently,monitoring team performance and refining procedures, running and maintaining embroidery machinery, coordinating with sales team to meet deadlines and problem solve.
